Poetry Therapy & Creative Writing

Poetry Therapy is one of the Expressive Arts Therapies, less known here than the other therapies, such as Art Therapy, Music Therapy and Drama Therapy. As one of only a handful of people in Ireland qualified in Poetry Therapy (with the International Academy for Poetry Therapy, USA), I would like to share my experience and knowledge with anyone interested. This workshop will enable you to explore the methods and principles, and to find out about training and the Irish Poetry Therapy Network.
