One in Three Victims of Domestic Abuse Crime in Northern Ireland are male
The conference aims to raise awareness of the experiences male victims and their children endure.
Key speakers on the day will demonstrate to those in attendance the barriers men face as victims and the impact they and their children suffer by outlining findings in current research and in survivor testimony.
Bringing together survivor experience and academic research to provide knowledge of the barriers that male victims of domestic abuse face and help develop understanding of how to encourage, hear and support men enduring abuse.
